Do I need a credit card to sign up for the free trial?

No. Thereís no credit card required to sign up as a free 14-day VIP member. Weíre confident that once you experience ProChurch, youíll want to stick around!

Can I cancel my account?

If you donít love ProChurch, you can cancel your membership at any time. There are no contracts or long-term agreements.

What happens after my free trial ends?

During and just after your 14-day VIP trial, youíll have an opportunity to sign up as a full paid member. If you choose not to become a paid member, your account will be deleted after 30 days of non-activity.

Is there a refund policy?

If you donít love ProChurch, you can cancel your membership at any time. Monthly members are entitled to a refund of the current monthís fee, and annual members will receive a prorated refund of the annual amount minus the monthly rate of each month of membership.

What discounts are available?

You can save 15% over the monthly price by choosing the Annual Membership. We also have a church plantersí discount available for qualified church plants. Email us at support@prochurch.com for more information.

Can I pay by check?

ProChurch accepts credit/debit cards and direct ACH checking/savings withdrawals (eCheck). To set up your account via eCheck, please contact us at support@prochurch.com.
